Don't we all love a great "bargain"?
Been wanting to post this for ages. This is a jewelry store I pass every day on Lex between 45th and 46th. There are about 20 signs like this on the storefront, all hand-written.
I'm also a fan of the January store having a wide clearance, and the "No reasonable offer refused ever!" part. I wonder how much I'd have to spend in there before it becomes "reasonable."

Does that mean it closes February through December? That percent symbol freaks me out.
